SHIPPING and EXCHANGES

We process all purchases usually the same day the order has been received, or within a few days at the latest.

The actual shipping time will depend on the method of shipping chosen and the timing estimates given by the shipper. Our standard shipping method is via Canada Post Expedited but we can also ship with other providers on request.

Freshatch Inc. cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on international shipments. Charges (if any) are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the country it is being shipped to. This process might also add delay to your delivery. If you have questions or concerns about customs, please contact the customs agency of your country to inquire on regulations and costs.

Because we want you to be happy with your purchase, you may exchange any defective items you purchased from Freshatch Inc. within 30 days of the date records indicate you successfully received your purchase, provided all materials, paperwork, and accessories are intact. Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any defective or missing items should be reported to Freshatch Inc. immediately.

When requesting an exchange, first notify us by e-mail at info@hornaments.com. Include your name, order number, order details etc. We will then provide you with instructions on how to exchange your product. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless we made a mistake with your order.
